Okay, I wanted share a quick video on how I go about purchasing a domain name, where I get the domain name availabilities, and even the ideas for keywords….

How should you truly pick out your names?

As you can see in the video, I personally like to purchase a domain name that have high ranking keywords already embedded. Doing so, your website will simply rank higher in the search engines.

I think it’s still undecided wither you should purchase a domain name that’s short – since they are simple to type out, simple to remember , and less subject to typos – OR longer site names, since they are better remembered…

What do you think?

I say, it isn’t the length that matters so much, when checking for a domain name availability. I’ve seen long and short names rank alike. Regardless, who in the world goes up types in their URL, manually?

For me, about 99% of the time I merely type whatever I’m looking for right into Google and select the first one that pops up – it’s usually right. This is the very reason why I believe it’s so important to have your keywords when you check for your domain name availability.

I’ve seen other blogs having dedicated categories or pages just for their favorite uplifting and inspiring quotes. I can see why, all over Twitter and Facebook you’ll see a huge percentage of quotes – people love them.

I even saw a Facebook update wondering what your favorite quote was, and within no time 15 comments popped up!
