Before You Purchase A Domain Name Availability

Okay, I wanted share a quick video on how I go about purchasing a domain name, where I get the domain name availabilities, and even the ideas for keywords….

How should you truly pick out your names?

As you can see in the video, I personally like to purchase a domain name that have high ranking keywords already embedded. Doing so, your website will simply rank higher in the search engines.

I think it’s still undecided wither you should purchase a domain name that’s short – since they are simple to type out, simple to remember , and less subject to typos – OR longer site names, since they are better remembered…

What do you think?

I say, it isn’t the length that matters so much, when checking for a domain name availability. I’ve seen long and short names rank alike. Regardless, who in the world goes up types in their URL, manually?

For me, about 99% of the time I merely type whatever I’m looking for right into Google and select the first one that pops up – it’s usually right. This is the very reason why I believe it’s so important to have your keywords when you check for your domain name availability.

I want you to understand the MINDSET of an average user of both Google and eBay.

You’re not visiting eBay to find who’s winning American Idol. Your on eBay to PURCHASE a product, nothing more.

[Video] Discovering Buzz Traffic Using Twitter

Today I really wanted to show everyone a GREAT way to find “BUZZ” worthy topics to write about on their blogs. Finding these topics are KEY elements to grabbing HUGE amounts of traffic.

Let’s face it, if your not writing about interesting topics, no one’s going to read it!

I’ve included a video about how to find buzz topics right from Twitter (and I included other sites) below:

There you have it.

The key is finding hot topics to write about and incorporating it into your marketing or your even your story.

I actually posted this method of discovering buzz traffic using Twitter BEFORE I even got a chance to write about the topic mentioned in the video! I hope EVERYONE takes action today!

Wow! I just can’t believe how many Internet Marketers are doing Social Media Marketing WRONG!

It’s amazing how many of my Twitter friends are trying to make ME rich – I Love You Guys! =D

ARGH! But seriously, it’s getting bad. I have to actually search through my Twitter feed, just to find someone who’s posting a legitimate update!

Facebook isn’t as bad, but it’s not immune…

How To Do A Video Response On Youtube

This has got to be the MOST under utilized youtube tip and strategy to date! Something so easy to do, but not many people are doing it…

This is by no means a new function on youtube, having video responses has been around for some time now, but again just under used!

Look for leaders in your niche or industry and instead of sending them a written comment, send them a video response. Learn to piggy back off of their success.

If you’re looking to get easy traffic to your website, blog, or even just your youtube channel, I recommend you implement your video response today.
